Birth Announcement! Baby Theodore Roger

When I received a text around 6:30 that night, I never would have guess that baby boy would have arrived within 7 hours. They weren't even sure they were in active labor! I urged them to stay home a while, work on Spinning Babies positioning, and work through their pain-coping exercises they learned in class.

But things moved along, and speedily! By 11:30 Nanette verbalized that she really was ready to head to her birth place. Yes! I wholeheartedly agreed!

Welcome baby Theodore Roger Rowbeck, born July 31, 2017 at 1:54am. He's 7# 15oz of newborn love.
